We've been the ones presenting the strategy and the ones responsible for making it happen, and often, rolling up our sleeves and actually doing the work. That breadth of experience is what sets us apart. We don't just advise from the outside looking in; we understand what it actually takes to move an organization forward at every level.

Meet the Founder
Hi I’m Jenn, the founder of Lumena & Co. I founded Lumean because I believe there's a better way to support organizations through growth and change, one that's honest, experienced, and built on real partnership.
My career has taken me across supply chain, logistics, retail, manufacturing, and large-scale enterprise transformation. I've spent years in the middle of complex, fast-moving businesses leading operations, transformations, integrations, growth initiatives, and change programs - and what I've learned is that strategy only works when it connects to the people and operations actually doing the work.
Most recently, I served as Vice President of Centre of Excellence at Metro Supply Chain and Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics at Sears Canada. My previous roles shaped who I am as a leader, practical, people-focused, and always thinking about how to bridge the gap between the big picture and day-to-day execution.
I was recognized among the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in 2021 and 2023, which means a lot to me, not just as a personal milestone, but as a reflection of a community I deeply respect. I'm also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Life and Executive Coach, and Certified Change Management Practitioner.
After many years in executive leadership, I founded Lumena with a clear vision: to build a collaborative advisory collective of trusted experts. People with real industry depth and hands-on experience, who can come alongside organizations and help them navigate change, strengthen operations, and grow sustainably. Not just advisors, but genuine partners.
Outside of client work, I'm passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and championing women in business. I speak and contribute to panels on leadership, transformation, and operational excellence, and I'm always glad when something I share resonates with someone earlier in their journey, because someone did that for me too.
